@STEVE45035KZ by using touch point 1+3,if you don't understand what touch point is,just look at picture that i have been already add 
@Reap3r117 take file from android > obb > com.rockstargames.gtavc > texdb then copy it to android>data>com.rockstargames.gtavc >files>then paste here,open txd tool and import the texture,btw sorry for the late reply :p
