Bug Report: @raskul , you previously added script related to spawn of military at military base. Their is a military base in Los ventures (at the top right corner of the map), close to a railway line and a highway. When you drive on the highway or drive in train and passes near the military base you get 5 star wanted levels. Please fix it, because it can create problems if you are doing any missions near that area.

Note: you won't get wanted stars if you are doing freight mission in any train.
