My friend, the installation method you mentioned only works on Android 10, because the data folder is restricted in newer Android versions.

To install a mod like this, try using GTA SA Modloader; it will definitely help.

I appreciate your effort, but my friend, the installation method you mentioned and the Cleo modification you're using only work on Android versions older than 11. After Android 11, it became impossible to access the main data folder. I recently modified the GTA apps to allow access, but it seems GTA Inside rejected it today.
