TAM 130 T11 1986 from maglaj1 and Serbian Mods, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces the Spand Express truck.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
