LEGO CART DFF Only from JVT & 3dcafe.com, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces the Caddy golf cart.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.
