Instalarea fișierelor: "veg_*.dff" se face cu orice program de editat IMG, recomandat GTA IMG Tool cu replace direct!
După import, necesită o reconstucție (Rebuild). multumesc ,)
Instalarea texturilor se face cu ajutorul programului, TXDFucker (ori TXD Tool, pentru android, necesită licență)
deschizând fișierul: "gta3hi.txt" importare textură cu: "Uncompressed 32bpp" din folodrul omonim.

The installation of the files: "veg_*.dff" is done with any IMG editing program, recommended GTA IMG Tool with direct replace!
After import, it needs a rebuild. thanks ,)
The installation of textures is done using the program, TXDFucker (or TXD Tool, for android, requires license)
by opening the file: "gta3hi.txt" importing texture with: "Uncompressed 32bpp" from the homonymous folder.
