Here I Conquered all Cities, 100% Save game. Also, The reason how I Got Cities To Get Conquered Is Because Of Glitch, Go to East Flint County (Do the Walking Underwater Glitch) Then zone Edit them. That way the Los Santos Will get Conquered by Grove street Families.

Ps: It also works on San fierro and Las Ventura's Too.
