Planes "Watereffect" for Android BETA

Hey This is a Water Effect Mod for Planes for Android BETA
I Import The Original Mod To android and Make
Some Changes Original Autor: Mysterdogg
Check His Mods Out He makes Some Very Cool Stuff :-)
Just Paste The Water_effect.csa File into
Android/data/gtasager Paste in there and Enjoy
Sometimes on Land there is a Water Effect Bug but I Try to Fix It Its BETA Not Complete ;)
