Hey! It's 4th update of my Timecycle

What's New?
- Fixing Dark Lamppost Reflection (thx from the other modder that i forget the name (actually i copied some of his code and change up some code, so it's kinda not same))
- in v0.3b, 1am - 5am its make no sense. it's literally morning but at 1am - 5am [FIXED]
- some features still same as v0.3b
- Car Ref. are not excessive (sorry, translated. Indonesian = Berlebihan)
- Just that, i guess

Actually, i made it in sunday but i doubt it if there is still some bugs left
