This mod was made by someone else for the PC version. Credit goes to that person for the mod. I'm sorry but I don't know who that person is or what the mod was called or I would give them that credit right now. I just altered the script enough to make it work on android. Just mainly a memory issue made the game crash at startup so I had to fix that and also when the script called for the vehicle to turn engine off that made the game crash too so I rescripted it so it would work.
