New copcarla (elegant) and copcarsf (Tahoma), work in SAMP.

Tested on PC & Android and the result is the mod is work.

This is a FBI car that i made 1 weeks ago but i decide to make it as a police car but without liv, next i will make the version of this car in police livery.
