reflection update and some other stuff

the best 1971 Mustang Mach 1 for SA now also on mobile.

= removed custom damage
= added reflection to the windows
= car body reflection amount increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= reflection of other parts decreased
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
