Forgot to upload this thing for months lmao.
(Mod Officially finished in October 29, 2023)

INSTALLATION:
Open the file location of GTA III go to audio, and replace sfx.SDT and sfx.RAW.
(Please make a backup of the original SFX files incase if you wanna go back using them.)

(note this is only for the PC version)
