GTA 3, Liberty city, Home of Claude speed is kind a superb game but the graphics are a bit low. This mod contains high graphics of buildings, roads, Claude, sky and many more.

Instruction to download -
1. Install and open ZArchiver from playstore
2. Open your downloads folder ( wherever you have downloaded the rar file )
3. Click on the rar file and click extract here
Rest of the instructions are there in the README.txt file which is in the rar file.
