VC-III Anims for Mobile

installation: just place ped.ifp in your gta 3 root directory or place it in the folder named anim for android and pc.
bugs: may include unnecessary arm or body twitching due to the unrecongnized animation aligning. hopefully it should not ruin your gaming experience.
