Aston Martin Vulcan for Mobile

Aston Martin Vulcan from Modding Master, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Hotring.

Recommendations:
- CLEO mod app installed.
- Modding directory awarness.

Installation:
• Unzip the 7z archive;
• Add dff and col files to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gamemisc.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings. Need Dmagic1 Wheel, that included.
